Enthusiastic Youth in Policing employees were honoured to be invited to appear on FLOW 93.5 FM for a pre-recorded session that aired Friday July 13, 2007. Most were on a radio show for the first time. The show started off with the youth describing their summer jobs with the Toronto Police Service Youth in Policing program, and ended with a made up interrogation. The youth interviewed are working in the Crime Stoppers office with the Crime Stoppers School Officer. They promoted the upcoming Crime Stoppers BMX Showcase event that will occur at the Wallace Emerson Community Centre BMX Bike Park on Thursday July 19th, 2007 from 10am-3pm. The theme of the day will be bicycle safety, bicycle theft preventionand healthy lifestyles with bicycles.
